Força Hidráulica

Industrial B2B redesign · Lovable prototype

Problem

Força Hidráulica's legacy site (a company that maintains and repairs industrial hydraulic cylinders, pumps and valves) was a static structure from the 2000s: not responsive — which weighs especially in this sector, since a large share of access comes from field technicians and managers on mobile. The quote process also held the business back: landline-only, no prior technical screening and no way to attach a photo of the defect, which delayed any estimate. And the site didn't make the company's real differentiators clear — its own test bench, warranties, brands served.

Process and decisions

I rebuilt the application in React + Tailwind, using Lovable (a no-code, AI-assisted rapid prototyping tool) to speed up visual iteration before locking the final version with the client. The hero goes straight to the company's real differentiator — over 30 years of experience in hydraulic cylinder recovery — with three trust badges right below: fast quote, pickup & delivery, 90-day warranty. The quote request became a dedicated form, with a problem description and upload of photos/documents of the equipment (up to 10MB per file) — the sales team now quotes based on a real image of the defect, not just a description over the phone. WhatsApp contact is featured next to the form, with a specific note for urgent situations.

Result

Prototype approved by the client, currently in transition to replace the legacy site. There's no post-launch conversion data yet — once the new site takes over the main domain, this could become a future update to this case with real metrics. The qualitative gain is already clear: a much faster quote process with less friction for the sales team, who now quote with a photo and technical spec in hand from the very first contact.
